For our offices in Paris, we are currently looking for an

Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant you will provide support to the Finance and Administration department and to the clients of the company, following the established company procedures.

You will be responsible for:

-Standard office management tasks

-Reception-phone

-The ownership and resolving queries: e.g. check payment records, provide copy invoices, carry out address changes and assist with customer data management in various systems by interrogating the billing systems

-Assisting the team and customers to resolve billing complaints

-Assisting the office in France in all administrative and billing queries

-Communication with customers is mostly done via telephone and letters.

-Provide general customer service support as back-up to rest of the team if required

-Assisting the Global Orders department by activation processing and administrative tasks as and when required

-ERP System (SALESFORCE) – Clean-up

Requirements:

-Fluency in English and French are a must, German and Spanish knowledge would be an advantage

-BAC or Bachelor degree with Accounting/Finance background

-At least 1 year of experience in an Accounting/Administrative department

-Experience in customer credit/debit notes, customer account reconciliations, month end and year and reporting and administrative tasks

-Experience with ERP system is required (SALESFORCE)
